I’m a “30 something” working professional living in Carroll Gardens, Brooklyn. I’m a lover of wine and all things Italian.  This love became exceptionally strong after an amazing trip to Northern Italy with my wife. In short, I fell in love with Piedmont and want to share the cuisine and culture of this lesser known region of Italy.
